The Shiraclean industrial ultrasonic cleaner, model TVT-045G, is designed for high-capacity cleaning of a diverse range of parts in industrial settings and laboratories, effectively removing chips, coolant, solder flux, and residues from various applications including aerospace and auto restoration. This unit features a powerful ultrasonic tank operating at a frequency of 40 kHz with a sweep function, dual cartridge filtration comprising a particle filter and a carbon oil filter, and a well-engineered skimming weir with a spray bar to eliminate floating oil and particles, thereby preventing redeposition on cleaned parts. The fully insulated stainless steel tank is complemented by a hammertone powder coat finish, digital temperature control, low liquid level sensor, illuminated control panel, and a digital timer for ultrasound operation. Included with each unit are a stainless steel basket, hinged lid, and a solution filtration system that enhances the longevity of the cleaning solution and reduces waste disposal costs. The entire assembly is mounted on casters for easy portability and is backed by a two-year parts warranty. Optional UL certification can be ordered separately.
