The Xtra ST industrial ultrasonic cleaners, with manufacturer part number 107 7483, are rugged high-capacity units designed for cleaning a wide range of parts in a production environment. These cleaners effectively remove chips and coolant from newly machined metal parts, as well as oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and dirt from used parts. They feature a powerful heavy-duty design that is portable and easy to use, offering dual frequency for both coarse and fine cleaning. The sweep mode evenly distributes cleaning, while the pulse mode adds bursts of ultrasonic power for intensive cleaning and degassing. The dynamic mode combines sweep and pulse for optimal cleaning results, effectively removing stubborn contaminants like polishing pastes at 25 kHz and performing fine cleaning at 45 kHz. The stainless steel tanks are wheel-mounted for ease of mobility, and the timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes or for continuous operation. The temperature is adjustable from 30°C to 80°C with automatic start-up when the set temperature is reached, and for safety, the unit shuts off automatically at 90°C or after 12 hours of continuous operation. Each model includes drains with stainless steel ball valves and is designed for easy servicing with minimal downtime, as the control panel/generator assembly can be quickly removed and replaced in-house. The intelligent generators adjust automatically to the transducers, ensuring effective operation. The robust tanks made from special stainless steel are built for longevity, and these dependable Elma ultrasonic cleaners are manufactured in Germany.
