It effectively removes chips and coolant from newly machined metal parts, as well as oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and dirt from used components. This rugged and portable ultrasonic cleaner features dual frequency operation at 25 kHz for coarse cleaning of stubborn contaminants like polishing pastes and 45 kHz for fine cleaning. Its advanced cleaning modes include sweep mode for even pulse distribution, pulse mode for intensive cleaning bursts, and dynamic mode, which combines sweep and pulse for optimal results. The stainless steel tanks are mounted on wheels for easy mobility, and the timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes or for continuous operation. Temperature settings range from 30°C to 80°C with an automatic start-up feature once the set temperature is achieved, while safety measures include automatic shut-off at 90°C or after 12 hours of continuous use.
