The Xtra ST industrial ultrasonic cleaners, designated by manufacturer part # 107 7059, feature rugged construction suitable for cleaning a variety of parts in production environments. These high-capacity ultrasonic cleaners effectively remove chips and coolant from newly machined metal parts, as well as oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and dirt from used components. Equipped with powerful heavy-duty capabilities, the cleaners utilize dual frequency operations, offering coarse cleaning at 25 kHz for stubborn contaminants like polishing pastes and fine cleaning at 45 kHz. The units come with adjustable cleaning modes, including Sweep mode for even distribution, Pulse mode for bursts of ultrasonic power, and Dynamic mode, which combines both for optimal results. The stainless steel tanks are mounted on wheels for portability, and the timer is adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes or for continuous operation. Temperature settings range from 30°C to 80°C, with automatic operation upon reaching the set temperature and safety features like automatic shut-off at 90°C or after 12 hours of continuous use. Each unit includes stainless steel ball valve drains and is designed for easy servicing with a removable control panel/generator assembly. The unit does not include a cover or basket and serves as a substitute for the 4GHT2426 Crest ultrasonic cleaning tank, offering a capacity of 48.6 gallons at 40 kHz with a 240V electrical requirement.
