The Shiraclean Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaners, model TVT-025G, are designed for high capacity cleaning in industrial settings and laboratories, effectively removing chips and coolant from machined parts, solder flux, and contaminants from injection molds and 3-D mold supports. These units feature a powerful ultrasonic tank operating at a frequency of 40 kHz with sweep capability, dual cartridge filtration including a particle filter and carbon oil filter, a skimming weir, and a spray bar for enhanced cleaning performance. The solution filtration system prolongs the life of the cleaning solution while minimizing waste disposal costs, and the skimming weir and spray bar effectively eliminate floating oil and debris to prevent redeposition on cleaned parts.
