The blankets are designed for a variety of materials, including biofuels and food and beverage, providing even and continuous heating during cold months. They incorporate patented heat grid Nanocarbon heating technology that rapidly increases temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation while reducing electrical current. Each blanket is equipped with an automatic GFCI device, ensuring a safe heating method for both product and contractor, and is compatible with various plastic, fiber, and metal containers. Constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl that is welded at the seams, these blankets are resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh environmental elements. The heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation directs heat effectively, and the temperature can be precisely controlled using an optional temperature control module or is factory set to self-regulate. The proprietary strain relief cord entry is designed to seal the power cord entry and reduce wire stress. Made from the heaviest (18oz) diagonally woven UV resistant nylon materials available, the blankets are secured with adjustable nylon retaining straps and quick release nickel-plated buckles. They are recognized by NRTL for safety, operate on 120VAC, and come with a 2-year limited warranty.
