Huhaa Pro Series unit heaters are designed to provide robust heating power while incorporating essential safety and control features that are preinstalled at the factory for convenience. Each unit includes a disconnect switch for safe maintenance, a 24VAC transformer for low voltage digital thermostat compatibility, and a single-stage thermostat for immediate control. These heaters are engineered with an advanced pull-through design that enhances airflow by drawing air across the heating element, ensuring an even distribution of warmth while operating cooler. Notably, the safe operation is maintained through a linear thermal cutout that offers automatic protection along the entire length of the heating element. Additionally, the design allows for precise positioning with individually adjustable louvers and a venturi outlet for enhanced airflow, especially for vertical mounting. The performance specifications include a steel sheath heating element that is copper clad with aluminum fins for improved safety and quicker cooldown. Installation is flexible with a variety of optional control kits that can be field-installed, allowing adaptability to various specifications. The units are constructed with 20-gauge steel for small to medium cases and 18-gauge steel for larger cabinets, inclusive of branch circuit fusing where required, a completely enclosed fan motor, and a 2-speed fan selector switch for models ranging from 25 to 50 kW.
