They feature patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology that rapidly increases temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation while the electrical current decreases. Equipped with an automatic GFCI device, this technology ensures a safe heating method for both the product and the contractor. Constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl welded at the seams, the blankets are resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh environmental elements. The heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation effectively directs heat to the required location. Temperature control can be achieved precisely to your set point with an optional temperature control module, while the blankets can also be factory set to self-regulate. A proprietary strain relief cord entry minimizes wire stress by sealing the power cord entry. Made with the heaviest (18oz) diagonally woven UV resistant nylon materials of any brand, the blankets are NRTL recognized for safety. Operating at 120VAC, the product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
