The Iron Eagle® exterior coated polyurethane on nylon jacket is designed to be lightweight and durable, providing extreme comfort and flexibility while resisting fats, oils, pine tars, gasoline, grease, and various other chemicals, making it suitable for tough work conditions. It is ideal for applications in food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. The jacket offers good chemical resistance in most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, alkalies, and some organic solvents, but is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents. Key features include polyurethane on nylon construction, batwing sleeve design for maximum freedom of movement, Therm-O-Rad sealed seams ensuring 100% waterproof protection, a storm fly front that seals out wind, rain, and contaminants, an attached hood, heavy-duty snaps guaranteed not to fail, mildew resistance, and a 2 mil exterior coating that provides exceptional snag and abrasion resistance. The sleek coating enables easy decontamination and outstanding liquid shedding characteristics, while the Therm-O-Rad sealed seams are engineered to be stronger than the material itself and can withstand extensive laundering.
