It features an athletic apparel design adapted for work environments, with insulating heavy-weight fleece that provides both warmth and comfort. The jacket includes four exterior pockets for added convenience, a breathable, insulating fabric for continued three-season comfort, and an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement. Additionally, it has a storm fly front and zipper front closure to seal out wind, front hand warmer pockets with zipper closure, and right and left breast security pockets with zipper closure. The adjustable elastic draw cord at the waist allows for easy adjustments, while the lined sleeves enhance ease of use.
