Tissue culture flasks are available in tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture versions, with tissue culture treated flasks featuring a uniform hydrophilic surface that is ideal for consistent cell attachment. The kit includes flasks packaged in a convenient zip-closure bag, providing a practical alternative to traditional open bags. The large opening and canted neck design, along with moderate angles, facilitate easy access to the entire flask surface, making it suitable for use with cell scrapers. These flasks have a stable base that allows them to be filled while standing upright and are constructed with thick, durable walls. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for easy identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design enables improved stacking on sizes of 75, 182, and 300 cm² as well as 250, 600, and 850 ml. The vent caps are equipped with a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane. The 182 cm² flask offers more growth area than standard 175 cm² flasks, and the deep volume design of the 182 cm² flask allows for an increased media volume, enabling longer culture growth without the risk of drying out or depleting nutrients, making it ideal for extended culture periods such as over weekends.
