The kit allows for the growth of cells directly on a standard 25mm x 75mm microscope slide without the need for future transfer, making it ideal for viewing under a microscope. It includes an integrated gasket that prevents cross-contamination between chambers and features an inert hydrophobic green border printed on the slide to define the cell culture area. The chamber holder is designed with easy flip locks for assembly and disassembly without the need for a separation tool. Packing trays included in the kit can also be utilized as incubation racks in CO2 incubators. The slides have a uniform hydrophilic surface that ensures consistent cell attachment and are labeled with numeric markings for ease of identification.
