The kit is designed for mammalian suspension culture applications as well as bacterial and yeast culture. It is packaged sterile in individual bags for easy storage and handling, featuring a 70mm opening for easy filling and dispensing. The over-sized vent area in the cap enhances gas exchange, while the Fernbach flask shape increases the surface area to volume ratio. An optional baffled bottom is available to improve mixing and aeration. Additionally, a transfer assembly is offered for the aseptic transfer of material, and the product is made in the USA.
