The tissue culture flasks are designed for both tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture applications. The tissue culture treated flasks feature a uniform hydrophilic surface that promotes consistent cell attachment. Each flask comes in a convenient zip-closure bag, offering a practical alternative to traditional folding and taping methods. The large opening, canted neck design, and moderate angles facilitate easy access to the entire flask surface, making them ideal for use with cell scrapers. The stable base allows the flask to be filled while standing upright, and the thick, durable walls ensure reliability during use. Each flask is marked with a lot number and expiration date for easy identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design enables improved stacking across various sizes including 75, 182, and 300 cm², as well as 250, 600, and 850 mL. The vent caps are equipped with a 0.22 μm hydrophobic membrane, and the 182 cm² flask provides a larger growth area compared to standard 175 cm² flasks. Additionally, the 182 cm² deep volume flask allows for greater media volume, enabling cell cultures to be maintained over longer periods without the risk of drying out or depleting nutrients.
