Tissue culture flasks are available in tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture versions, with tissue culture treated flasks featuring a uniform hydrophilic surface that is ideal for consistent cell attachment. Each flask comes in a convenient zip-closure bag, providing a practical alternative to conventional folding and taping open bags. The design includes a large opening, canted neck, and moderate angles for easy access to the entire flask surface, making it suitable for use with cell scrapers. The stable base allows for upright filling, while the thick, durable walls enhance robustness. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for easy identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design improves stacking for 75, 182, and 300 cm², as well as 250, 600, and 850 ml size flasks. Vent caps are equipped with a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane, and the 182 cm² flask provides more growth area than standard 175 cm² flasks. Additionally, the 182 cm² deep volume flask has increased depth, allowing for a greater media volume, which supports extended culture growth without drying out or depleting nutrients, making it feasible to maintain cell cultures over the weekend.
