Centrifuge tubes are designed with several special features and packaging options, including bag, paper rack, foam rack, and reusable/recyclable plastic rack. They operate within a temperature range of -80°C to 120°C, and the graduations are printed in bold, easy-to-read black ink, accurate to +/-2%. Each tube has a large white marking area that provides excellent contrast for identification, along with an easy-to-write-on flat surface. The polyethylene (HDPE) caps feature an integrated leak-proof seal, ensuring reliable containment. The tubes also include graduations molded into the conical bottom, which are ideal for pellet viewing and small volume quantification. A convenient zip-closure bag serves as a practical alternative to traditional folding and taping of opened bags. Additionally, the ergonomic flip-top cap is designed for single-handed operation, and options are available with printed marking spots and pre-numbered caps.
