Tissue culture flasks are available in both tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture versions. The tissue culture treated flasks feature a uniform hydrophilic surface that is ideal for consistent cell attachment. They come in a convenient zip-closure bag, providing a practical alternative to folding and taping methods. The flasks are designed with a large opening, canted neck, and moderate angles, allowing easy access to the entire surface for cell scrapers. The stable base enables filling while the flask stands upright, and the thick, durable walls enhance structural integrity. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for easy identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design allows improved stacking for 75, 182, & 300 cm² and 250, 600 & 850 ml size flasks. Additionally, the vent caps feature a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane, and the 182 cm² flask provides more growth area than standard 175 cm² flasks, with extra depth accommodating greater media volume, allowing for longer culture maintenance without drying out or depleting nutrients.
