Tissue culture flasks are available in both tissue culture treated and non-treated suspension culture versions. The tissue culture treated flasks feature a uniform hydrophilic surface, which is ideal for consistent cell attachment. They come packaged in a convenient zip-closure bag, providing a practical alternative to traditional folding and taping methods. The large opening, canted neck design, and moderate angles facilitate easy access to the entire flask surface, making them suitable for use with cell scrapers. Additionally, the stable base allows for filling while the flask is standing upright, and the thick, durable walls enhance longevity. Each flask is printed with the lot number and expiration date for easy identification and tracking. The molded interlocking T design improves stacking compatibility across various sizes, including 75, 182, and 300 cm², as well as 250, 600, and 850 ml flasks. The vent caps are equipped with a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane, and the 182 cm² flask provides more growth area compared to standard 175 cm² flasks. The 182 cm² deep volume flask offers extra depth, allowing for increased media volume, which enables longer culture maintenance without the risk of drying out or depleting nutrients over extended periods.
