S. Parker's combined action door closer features a 25 year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It combines barrier-free reductions in spring power for easier opening with delayed action for slower door closing, making it specifically designed with the physically impaired in mind and compliant with ADA standards to ease access for the disabled. The closer is non-handed, suitable for use on both right and left hand doors, with an adjustment range of 1/2 to 4. It is UL listed and comes in an Antique Brass finish.
