S. Parker's combined action door closer features a 25-year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It includes barrier-free reductions in spring power to facilitate easier opening and delayed action for slower door closing. Designed specifically with the physically impaired in mind, the closer complies with ADA standards to improve accessibility for the disabled. It is non-handed for use on right or left-hand doors, offers an adjustment range of 1/2 to 4, is UL listed, and comes in an antique nickel finish.
