S. Parker's combined action door closer comes with a 25-year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It features barrier-free reductions in spring power for easier door opening and includes delayed action for slower door closing, making it specifically designed with the physically impaired in mind and compliant with ADA standards to ease access for the disabled. The closer is non-handed for use on right or left hand doors, has an adjustment range of 1/2 to 4, is UL listed, and is finished in polished brass.
