S. Parker's combined action door closer features a 25 year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It offers barrier-free reductions in spring power for easier opening, along with delayed action for slower door closing. Designed specifically with the physically impaired in mind, it complies with ADA standards to ease access for the disabled. The closer is non-handed for use on right or left hand doors, with an adjustment range of 1/2 to 4. It is UL listed and comes in a satin brass finish.
