S. Parker's spring power door closer features a 25 year limited warranty and meets ANSI Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. It includes adjustable closing speed for combined door opening ease and delayed reaction closing adjustment, designed specifically with the physically impaired in mind to meet ADA standards and facilitate access for the disabled. The closer is non-handed, suitable for use on right or left hand doors, with an adjustment range of 1-6. It is UL listed and finished in duronodic.
