The 950 Closer features two speed controls for closing and latching and is designed to be non-handed, using the same template as many other national brands, including the Parker 500, Yale 50, and Norton 1600. It employs a rack and pinion action mechanism and includes all temperature hydraulics housed in high tensile strength aluminum. The separate controls allow for the adjustment of both closing and latching speeds at any time. Each S. Parker 950 closer is UL tested and listed for use on hollow metal fire-rated doors and is guaranteed for trouble-free operation for a period of 10 years. The closer is suitable for extra heavy doors and comes in an aluminum finish, providing durability and reliability in various applications.
