This rack and pinion action door closer incorporates all temperature hydraulics within an aluminum housing. The closer includes separate controls that allow for adjustable closing and latching speeds at any time. S. Parker guarantees a trouble-free operation for each closer for a duration of 10 years. It is UL tested and listed for use on hollow metal fire-rated doors, and the exterior housing is crafted from high tensile strength aluminum, making it capable of fitting even extra heavy doors. The closer is finished with a Duranodic coating, ensuring durability and performance.
