The high-density polyethylene cap features a short peak and low profile design, equipped with a 4-point nylon webbing suspension and an easy-turn knob Mega Ratchet® sizing adjustment that accommodates head sizes from 6-1/2 to 8. The hinged, padded ratchet adjustment allows for a low-hanging fit that can be easily adjusted for a secure fit at the nape of the neck. It includes receptacles for a 4-point chin strap to ensure the hard hat remains securely in place, along with a functional rain trough. The accessory slots provide compatibility with a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection, while goggle retaining slots are molded onto the suspension. Additionally, the moisture-wicking brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable. The hard hat is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position and meets the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard. It is made in the USA and complies with ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 Class C, E, and G standards.
