The high-density polyethylene cap features a short peak and low profile, equipped with a 4-point nylon webbing suspension system that includes an easy-turn knob Mega Ratchet® sizing, adjustable for head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 8. It features hinged, padded ratchet adjustment that hangs low and is adjustable for a perfect fit at the nape of the neck, along with receptacles for a 4-point chin strap to secure the hard hat in place. The design includes a functional rain trough and accessory slots that accommodate a wide variety of eye, face, and hearing protection, with molded goggle retaining slots on the suspension. Additionally, it has a moisture-wicking brow pad that is removable, washable, and replaceable, and is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position. This product meets the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard, is made in the USA, and complies with ANSI Z89.1 standards as Type 1 and Class C, E, and G.
