This helmet kit includes a high-density polyethylene cap equipped with vents on the top of the helmet shell to enhance air circulation and help keep the wearer's head cooler. The shell design features a short peak and low profile, along with a 4-point woven nylon suspension that offers easy quick-slide sizing to adjust head sizes from 6-1/2 to 8, accommodating a chin strap. It has accessory slots that support a wide variety of eye, face, and hearing protection, as well as goggle retaining slots molded on the suspension. The moisture-wicking brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable, and the helmet is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position. It meets the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard and conforms to ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C requirements. This product is made in the USA.
