This helmet is molded from high-density polyethylene for maximum protection and features a 6-point woven nylon suspension with an easy-turn knob for adjustments. The Mega Ratchet® sizing allows for head size adjustments ranging from 6-1/2 to 8 inches, while the hinged, padded ratchet is designed to hang low and is adjustable for a perfect fit at the nape of the neck. The helmet accommodates a chin strap and various hard hat accessories and includes a removable, washable, and replaceable moisture-wicking brow pad. Additionally, it has goggle retaining slots on the suspension and is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position. This helmet meets the low temperature (LT) option of the Z89.1 standard and complies with ANSI Z89.1 Type 1, Class C, E & G requirements. It is proudly made in the USA.
