Makrofol DE 7-2 Velvet-Fine Matte Polycarbonate Film is a translucent film designed to minimize pin holing while providing a unique combination of low gloss and enhanced abrasion resistance. This textured polycarbonate film features a velvet first surface and a very fine matte second surface, making it suitable for a range of applications. It is available in thicknesses from .005" to .030". The film is dazzle-free and scratch resistant, similar to the 6-2 variant, but features a coarser velvet texture on one side. Makrofol DE 7-2 also meets UL94 VTM-2 and FMVSS 302 certifications, comparable to Lexan 8B38, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
