Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications requiring low friction and prolonged wear life in moving parts. This unique blend incorporates PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed within Delrin® acetal resin, resulting in a composite that features 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13 formulation. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin 100AF, containing 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. The DE588 variant is specifically certified for compliance with US Naval specifications, ensuring it meets stringent performance and quality standards.
