The entire clip of the Crosby wire rope clips is galvanized to resist corrosive and rusting action. These clips have an efficiency rating of 80% for sizes ranging from 3/16" to 7/8" and 90% for sizes from 1" to 1-1/2". The bolts are integral to the saddle design, allowing for fast installation as the nuts can be positioned to enable a full arc swing of the wrench. All sizes feature forged steel saddles, and each clip is individually bagged or tagged with proper application instructions and warning information. The product meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26, including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load, and temperature requirements. Additionally, these wire rope clips satisfy other critical performance specifications such as fatigue life, impact properties, and material traceability. They are assembled with standard heavy hex nuts and comply with Federal Specification FF-C-450 Type III, Class 1, except for provisions required of the contractor.
