The kit includes forged alloy heat treated hooks, forged steel swivel tees, yokes, and shackles, with hook and shackle assemblies available in sizes ranging from 4-1/2" to 14", which can be interchanged. The blocks can be furnished with either bronze bushings or roller bearings, and their opening feature allows for the insertion of rope while the block is suspended from a gin-pole. The 3" through 18" 418 and 419 blocks are equipped with an exclusive bolt retaining spring to prevent lost bolts, and they can also be furnished with an S-4320 hook latch. Pressure lube fittings are included, and the 3" to 10" blocks feature dual rated wireline sheaves that are fatigue rated. Blocks sized 4-1/2" and larger come RFID equipped. These products meet or exceed all requirements of ASME B30.26, including standards for identification, ductility, design factor, proof load, and temperature requirements, as well as other critical performance standards such as fatigue life, impact properties, and material traceability that are not addressed by ASME B30.26.
