The Crosby wire rope clips are fully galvanized to resist corrosion and rusting. They feature an efficiency rating of 80% for sizes ranging from 3/16" to 7/8", and 90% for sizes from 1" to 1-1/2". Each clip includes forged steel saddles and is assembled with standard heavy hex nuts, ensuring durability and reliability. The design allows for easy installation, as the nuts can be positioned to allow the operator to swing the wrench in a full arc. All clips are individually bagged or tagged, accompanied by proper application instructions and warning information. These clips comply with ASME B30.26 standards, covering identification, ductility, design factor, proof load, and temperature requirements. Additionally, they meet critical performance criteria beyond ASME B30.26, including fatigue life, impact properties, and material traceability. The Fist Grip® wire clips also comply with the performance requirements of Federal Specification FF-C-450 Type III, Class 1, excluding provisions required of the contractor.
