The kit includes all components made of alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered rated at 100% at a 90° angle, with each component individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit, complete with certification and statistically magnetic particle inspection. Additionally, the components are fatigue rated at 1-1/2 times the working load limit at 20,000 cycles, and each item is marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability. The top washer is also marked with the working load limit and recommended torque value. The design features a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action that satisfies ASME B30.26 requirements, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.
