The kit includes components made from alloy steel, which are quenched and tempered, and rated at 100% at a 90° angle. Each component is individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit, featuring certification and magnetic particle inspection for statistical quality assurance. Additionally, the components are fatigue rated at 1-1/2 times the working load limit, verified for up to 20,000 cycles, and marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability. The top washer is specifically marked with its working load limit and recommended torque value. The design incorporates 360° swivel and 180° pivot action, ensuring compliance with ASME B30.26 requirements.
