The kit includes all components made of alloy steel that are quenched and tempered, rated at 100% at a 90° angle and individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit, complete with certification. Each component undergoes statistical magnetic particle inspection and is fatigue rated at 1-1/2 times the working load limit for up to 20,000 cycles. The components are marked with a product identification code (PIC) for traceability, and the top washer features markings that indicate the working load limit and recommended torque value. The design incorporates a 360° swivel and 180° pivot action, which meets ASME B30.26 requirements.
