The kit includes all components made from alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered for enhanced durability. The forged bail, crafted from alloy steel, features a larger throat opening compared to the popular HR-125 model and includes a product identification code (PIC). The working load limit and recommended torque value are permanently stamped into the washer for easy reference. Each unit is individually proof-tested to 2-1/2 times the working load limit, accompanied by certification, and is statistically inspected using magnetic particle methods. It is rated at 100% of the working load limit at any angle, ensuring reliability and safety in various applications.
