With a length of 52 inches and a maximum capacity of 14 gauge mild steel, it accommodates a minimum capacity of 24 gauge mild steel and operates on 220-volt single-phase power. The adjustable 24-inch backgauge ensures precise repeatability, while front arm extensions and table guides maintain material alignment with the blade. The operator console offers three modes: inch mode for jogging the control, single mode for one cut cycle per foot pedal push, and auto mode for continuous cycling while the pedal is depressed. Standard equipment includes high carbon chromium blades with four shearing edges, allowing for blade rotation to extend their lifespan. Hydraulic hold-downs securely clamp the sheet to the table, minimizing material lifting and enhancing blade longevity.
