The VM-1054E-VS is a variable speed milling machine with a speed range of 60 to 4,200 RPM, which allows for optimal tooling life and improved cut quality. It features an NT 40 taper spindle for enhanced performance, and the strong, high-tolerance spindle design ensures longevity. The machine's base and frame are constructed from premium castings to promote rigidity, which is critical for effective cutting. The VM-1054E-VS comes equipped with a 10" x 54" table that is hardened, ground, polished, and treated with Turcite® B for corrosion resistance and increased durability. All three axes are powered, providing convenience for the operator, and a standard two-axis digital readout offers precision accuracy to 1/10 of 1 thousandth of an inch. Additionally, it includes a factory-installed flood coolant system, air draw bar, and central lubrication system.
