The machine features a robust welded steel frame that ensures precision and prevents twisting, with a maximum capacity of 14 gauge mild steel or 18 gauge stainless steel. It has a working width of 10 feet (120") and can achieve a maximum bend angle of 135°. The brake operates on 220-volt 3-phase power and utilizes an industrial-grade hydraulic system to reduce operator effort during production runs, thereby improving shop efficiency. The operation is straightforward with adjustable angle auto-stop functionality, allowing users to dial in the desired bend degree while accommodating for springback.
