The BB-7210H hydraulic sheet metal box and pan brake is capable of bending 10 gauge mild steel sheet metal across its full 6-foot (72") length, handling smaller gauges with equal ease. It features a maximum bend angle of 135° and a 1" beam adjustment. Constructed with top-quality industrial-grade hydraulics, this machine ensures reliability over many years of use. The hydraulic system can be operated in manual or semi-automatic mode to lift the leaf, while an adjustable bend auto-stop enhances production efficiency and repeatability. Powered by a 5 HP motor running on 220-volt 3-phase power, the hydraulic motor utilizes a cam to lift and clamp the beam, delivering the extreme pressure required for bending. The kit includes 17 hardened 3-piece fingers (6 of 3", 3 of 4", 6 of 5", and 2 of 6") to accommodate various box or pan sizes, with a maximum box depth of 6". A removable bending apron allows for closer bends, and the fully-welded top beam and bending leaf are stabilized with solid steel support rods to minimize deflection and twisting at full capacity.
