The SN-F04-MS sheet metal corner notcher from Baileigh Industrial is designed for producing precise corners in metal, offering a capacity of 6mm or 4 gauge mild steel. This machine features blades fixed at a 90° angle to ensure perfect notching consistently. With an oversized working table measuring 25.5" x 25.5", it includes table guides for enhanced accuracy. The 8.5" long blades can be resharpened multiple times, increasing lifespan and providing cost savings, while their negative rake design effectively pulls material to the stops during cutting for optimal precision. Powered by a robust 220V 3 phase motor, the SN-F04-MS is capable of achieving 15 strokes per minute, controlled by an operator-controlled foot pedal.
