The pedal-controlled bead roller features a 36" throat, allowing access to the middle of deep panels such as car hoods, deck lids, or roofs. It is equipped with a motorized system that easily shapes 16 gauge mild steel using a 110-volt industrial-grade motor and gearbox. The variable-speed foot pedal enables simple adjustments, allowing for faster or slower operation based on pressure applied for different work types. The tool operates in both forward and reverse directions, making it suitable for intricate designs, while the depth stop ensures straight and consistent beads. The top roll, featuring a lead screw and handle, allows adjustment of the forming depth. Included in the package is a 1-1/4" spoiler roll, with roll sets available for various applications, as well as compatibility with standard tooling to utilize die sets from other machines. The sturdy floor stand includes a rack for 10 tooling sets, and all rotating points operate on durable bronze bushings with grease fittings for easy maintenance.
