The Baileigh R-M10E electric ring roller is designed for fabrication shops requiring higher production capabilities than the R-M10. It operates on a 220-volt, 3-phase power supply and has a maximum capacity of 1.25" (.078" wall) mild steel round tubing and 1" schedule 40 pipe. The open-face design allows for rolling full circles, and the manual drive features a reduction gearbox to reduce physical effort. The machine comes equipped with various segment rolls suitable for different types of flat bar, angle iron, and square tubing. It boasts hardened rolling shafts that operate on bronze bushings for longevity and durability. The cast steel head is machined to precise tolerances to ensure accuracy when bending at full capacity.
