The Baileigh RDB-050 manual tube bender is designed for chassis fabrication shops, boasting impressive functionality and capacity. This bender can handle up to 2.5" OD mild steel with a wall thickness of .120" and 2" OD chrome moly with a wall thickness of .120". Users can select from three bending speeds to accommodate various material types and thicknesses: Speed 1 produces 4° per pull with maximum torque suitable for heavier materials, Speed 2 generates 8° per pull for intermediate materials, and Speed 3 offers 12° per pull for lighter gauge tubing. The machine can bend up to 200° in a single pull without requiring resets, thanks to its effective anti-springback mechanism that secures bends in place. Constructed for longevity, all pivot points feature aluminum bronze bushings and thrust washers. A quick-release hook arm enables rapid changeovers to different tubing sizes in under one minute, making it user-friendly. The kit includes a stand, bend handle, and degree dial; however, users need to provide their own tooling.
