It features a maximum capacity of 1.25" (.078" wall) mild steel round tubing and accommodates 1" schedule 40 pipe. The open-face design allows for rolling full circles, while the manual drive incorporates a reduction gearbox to minimize physical effort during operation. The machine includes various segment rolls suitable for different types of flat bar, angle iron, and square tubing. Its hardened rolling shafts operate on bronze bushings for longevity, and the cast steel head is machined to precise tolerances to ensure accuracy during bending operations at full capacity.
