Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a unique thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and long wear life are critical. This material combines PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically containing 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while Delrin® 100AF is available with 20% PTFE on a custom order basis. The DE588 variant is a fully-certified version of Delrin® 100AF compliant with US Naval specifications. This material offers exceptional properties for high-performance applications in various industries, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
