Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and durability are critical. This blend incorporates PTFE fibers that are uniformly distributed within Delrin® acetal resin, specifically containing 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13. For additional options, full-strength Delrin 100AF, which includes 20% PTFE, can be obtained through custom orders. The DE588 variant of this product is fully certified for compliance with US Naval specifications.
