Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for use in moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. It features a unique composition that combines PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, with the standard formulation including 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13. For applications requiring even higher performance, full-strength Delrin 100AF, which consists of 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. The Delrin® 100AF variant is fully-certified to meet US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards.
